The Service Experience
When you bring your machine to Earthborne, our friendly Service Advisor will review your equipment with you out of the weather in our indoor drive-through bay. We will discuss any issues you may be having with your machine and explain what you can expect while your unit is in the shop. Our goal is always to get your machine back to you and back work ASAP, on estimate and fixed right the first time. As an added benefit, we will also give your machine a complimentary no-cost health check and assessment so you will know more about your machine and it’s condition and productivity then when you dropped it off. Plus, every machine gets a complementary bath in our indoor wash bay before it leaves our facility..
